Lead HVAC Installer/Technician
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in installation/service of residential/light commercial HVAC systems, accessories and ductwork
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC industry
- Must have valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to work on-call rotation, overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices when applicable); carry ladders; work from heights and in small, tight areas
- Basic computer/Internet/Smartphone skills
- Must pass drug and background screenings
- Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School – preferred
- NATE Certification – a plus!
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and time management skills
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 / year + bonuses
Scheduled Saturday work is based on our customer needs. Overtime may be required depending on work-load. Times will vary depending on season and weather. “On Call” rotation schedule for 24-hour emergency service.
Dispatch/Customer Service
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer service Monday through Friday
- Receive customer calls and schedule calls by location, personnel and work specialty within customer database
- Manages daily service by routing technicians through their calls and re-routing as needed when things change and updating customer(s) as needed
- Support technicians in the field and track/maintain paperwork for accuracy
- Work with warehouse for service part(s) orders and truck inventory re-stock
- Create/maintain various types of documents, reports and correspondences
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Other various tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experienced and knowledgeable in dispatching and scheduling (within the trades industry preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to positively interact in a professional manner with our valued customers
- Confident decision-making ability in time sensitive situations
- Strong computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task between phones, computer, office personnel and technicians in fast paced office environment
- Excellent organizational skills, punctuality and sense of urgency
- Must pass drug and background screenings

Salary: $38,000.00 – $40,000.00
Warehouse Associate/Parts Driver
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping the warehouse swept and free of debris, all racks/shelves and work areas in an orderly manner, yard maintenance, vehicle washing and complying with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform Receiving daily (check all packing slips against physical counts received, open boxes and visually check product received for accuracy and damage, sign off on packing slips, match up paperwork with Purchase Orders etc., put all items way by close of business each day)
- Maintaining an inventory of the warehouse to include restocking of the shelves/racks to keep parts/materials in order and readily available
- Ensuring all the appropriate materials are pulled and staged for scheduled service maintenance and repairs
- Pick up and drop off materials and or equipment to different job sites and/or technicians
- Loading and unloading of trucks with material and equipment
- Assisting the installation crew/service technicians as needed
- Job site clean-up as required
- Use of pallet jack and forklift
- Use of company vehicle and ensure safe driving and following of all traffic laws
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to perform physical labor of lifting of parts and equipment up to 50lbs on their own
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Ability to use computer for communicating via email, ordering of parts and other duties as assigned
- Works cooperatively with others
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Possess good judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Eligible to work in the US and a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass drug test
Job type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Day Shift: Monday through Friday
Salary: $14 – $24/hr paid weekly
