Dryer Vent Cleaning

$123.75 plus a $39.00 Trip charge to residence.

The following pricing is for dryer vents that are located on the first floor or basement of residence with a total length of dryer vent piping at no more than fifteen feet long from unit to outside discharge.
For dryer vents located on the second floor of the residence and/or has dryer vent piping longer than fifteen feet long will be charged at $150 per hour

Whole House Duct Cleaning Service

$99.50 per hour*

The Roto Brush duct cleaning machine uses proper size brushes to run down each individual supply and return air duct/branch run. The main supply/return air trunks will be brushed as well. While this machine brushes the inside of the duct knocking debris, it is vacuuming the inside of the duct with HEPA filtration.
Each supply and return air grill/register will be removed for this process, at this time we clean the grills/register before reinstalling them. Most single system homes take three to four hours to complete. It is advisable to have any and all furniture or other items moved out of the way of supply and return air grills/register to help keep our time to a minimum while cleaning the residences ductwork.
*Minimum two hours charge with a delivery and set up fee of $69.00.
