For Steven, his faith in Thornton Heating Services was solidified on a nasty Chicago winter day many years ago. As a property owner of an apartment building with a down boiler heating system that was more than 85 years old, he called upon Fred Starck, the owner of Thornton Heating Services, to help him out on an emergency.
